Jui-Kun Yenn runs a poultry farm in Taiwan, where he uses two dryers from Dorset Green Machines to process poultry manure. He shares his experiences with the machines and Dorset Green Machines.

Jui-Kun Yenn’s journey with Dorset Green Machines began with initial contact and led to the successful implementation of their advanced drying equipment in his facilities. He hopes his experiences will inspire and inform others in the sector about the significant benefits of choosing advanced drying technologies, such as those offered by Dorset Green Machines.

In his extensive career focused on livestock facility design and barn planning, with a specialization in ventilation and waterline configurations, Jui-Kun Yenn discovered a clear gap in the availability of efficient drying equipment in livestock facilities.

To broaden his expertise, Jui-Kun Yenn researched various manure processing methods, including composting and using dryers from different companies. Unfortunately, the performance of these machines consistently fell short of his expectations. His search for a reliable solution led him to the Netherlands in 2016, where he visited Dorset Green Machines.

In collaboration with Joshua, Jui-Kun Yenn engaged in discussions with Dorset to gain firsthand insight into their drying equipment. After productive conversations with Dorset Green Machines, they finalized the details of the project they wanted to undertake. Subsequently, a Dorset salesperson visited Taiwan in 2017, and after two days of extensive discussions, they signed the first contract. This was not only their first order but also Dorset’s first order for drying equipment in Asia. From the beginning of the project, they established clear communication channels with the installation personnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process.

The expert handling of mechanical issues and the skill of their team in operating the machines contributed to the seamless operation. The impact of Dorset’s drying solutions has been transformative: significantly improved storage capabilities for poultry manure and a substantial reduction in labor costs.

Access to government subsidies highlighted the environmental benefits of the technology. The received service is good. The installation process is characterized by its simplicity, facilitating operation and enabling precise calculations. In 2023, Jui-Kun Yenn took a significant step forward by installing the second dryer, and there are plans to install the third dryer in 2024. The success of the first installation, marked by problem-solving and favorable manure prices, has given him the confidence to consistently choose Dorset dryers without hesitation.

Dorset Green Machines has not only provided an advanced solution for their drying needs but has also demonstrated a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction that aligns seamlessly with their goals. Jui-Kun Yenn looks forward to continued success with Dorset as they expand their activities and explore new horizons in livestock management.
