Drying and aircleaning

We offer advanced drying solutions for both liquid and separated digestate, utilizing residual heat or external heat sources combined with heat recovery systems for optimal energy efficiency. Our chemical aircleaner effectively reduce dust and ammonia emissions from exhaust air. Dried digestate can be used as a fertilizer, bedding for livestock, or even as an energy source, making it a versatile and valuable byproduct. The drying process reduces the volume, providing benefits for storage and transport.

Full nutriënt recovery

Our Full Nutrient Recovery concept ensures that all nutrients from digestate are preserved and processed into high-quality fertilizer pellets. The process involves separating the solid and liquid fractions, concentrating the liquid with a vacuum evaporator, and drying the combined mass to achieve 85% dry matter. The exhaust air is cleaned with a chemical aircleaner to filter out ammonia, dust and odour compounds. The resulting water from the evaporator is reused in the aircleaner. The final product is hygienic, nutrient-rich fertilizer pellets, ready for export with reduced transport and storage costs.
